Who we are

AEVORIS CLOUD LLP (“Aevoris”, “we”, “us”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its registered office at Olive Greens, B/S Vodafone Tower, Gota, Daskroi, Ahmedabad – 382481, Gujarat, India, is responsible for personal data collected through www.aevoriscloud.com. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), we are the data fiduciary.

This policy covers this website only. Vault For Us and FamilySecure are not yet available; each will publish its own privacy notice, describing what that product processes, before it launches.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you ask for early access. We store the address and the time you submitted it. Nothing else is attached to it: no name, no location, no device details.
• A security check on the form. The early-access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs in your browser and sends information about the browser session to Cloudflare; we receive only a pass or fail result.
• A rate-limit counter. To stop abuse, we count form submissions per IP address. The counter deletes itself after 24 hours and is never stored with your email address.
• Standard request data. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address and ordinary request details (such as the page requested and your browser type) to deliver pages and protect the site from attack.

What we do not collect

No analytics, no advertising or tracking cookies, no fingerprinting, and no third-party scripts apart from the Turnstile check on the form. Fonts and images are served from this domain. The site keeps two small flags in your browser’s session storage so its opening animations play only once per visit; they never leave your device and are cleared when you close the tab.

Why we use it

We use your email address for one purpose: to write to you about early access and the launch of our products. We process it on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for anyone else’s marketing, or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, stores the early-access list, and runs the Turnstile check, acting on our instructions. Cloudflare operates a global network, so your data may be processed outside India. We share personal data with no one else, except where Indian law requires us to disclose it.

How long we keep it

• Early-access addresses: until you ask us to delete yours, or until we no longer need it for early access and launch news, whichever comes first.
• Rate-limit counters: 24 hours.
• Request data processed by Cloudflare: under Cloudflare’s own retention periods.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we process it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it;
• stop processing it by withdrawing your consent, which is as easy as giving it: one email. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it;
• act on the instructions of a person you nominate, if you die or become unable to act yourself.

Security

The early-access list is stored encrypted at rest by Cloudflare, and access to it is limited to the people at Aevoris who need it to write to you. Every connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS only).

Children

This site is not directed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to request access instead. If we learn that we hold a child’s address without a parent’s consent, we will delete it.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer:

We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever want to use addresses already on the early-access list in a new way, we will write to you and ask first.
